The newest Co.Lab collection is Wall to Wall by Shay Alkalay and Yael Mer of Raw Edges for Established & Sons. The creative series reimagines classic parquet flooring as a living system for creative expression that celebrates colour and the natural beauty of European oak.
Wall to Wall reimagines traditional parquetry as a graphic system of colour and pattern. Using the classic herringbone pattern as a framework, the creative platform invites playful, architectural compositions that challenge expectations of timber flooring.
Crafted from three layers of solid European oak, each plank is hand-stained by artisans in Italy using deeply pigmented dyes that absorb into the wood, preserving its natural grain and texture. The result is a richly expressive and highly durable surface that offers designers the freedom to create bespoke patterns with ease, from bold focal points to subtle tonal compositions.

Wall to Wall features a curated selection of 22 colours developed by Raw Edges. These coloured parquetry boards can be used to create unique patterns – from sweeping graphic statements to subtle borders, wayfinding cues or defined zones – with endless possibilities limited only by imagination. Each project is made to order and produced by hand in Italy, with a 16-week lead time.
