The flagship branch, the largest in the network, has been designed to make banking simpler and more enjoyable. Dedicated spaces include discovery zones, discussion areas, and seminar spaces, while digital screens clearly explain products and demonstrate solutions – all of which creates a more personable experience for customers.
Throughout, the interior features a full range of digital banking options and showcases the bank’s technological innovation. This approach is most impressively realised through the three-storey digital garden installation, which displays an ever-changing garden driven by social media interactions with customers.
