The Woollahra House by Luigi Rosselli Architects integrates the rich heritage of an original Victorian house with contemporary design elements.

Featuring a timeless, classic aesthetic, the interior features a neutral palette of colours and materials with refined detailing.

White-washed walls, together with wide oak timber floorboards and finely veined marble add an elegant charm to the dwelling, complementing the overall grandeur of the original architecture.

Set against the historic fabric of the building, a new spiraling staircase links the past with the new, connecting the new kitchen and family room on the ground floor with the study and staff quarters on the upper level.

Black steel-framed window panels open up the family room onto an expansive terrace that optimise the natural light flow and views of the harbour, framed by a thicket of trees that surround the garden.

Tongue n Groove solid engineered European oak floorboards in the Graupa colour, Eterno classic wire-brushed finish and Grande format feature throughout the interior of this house.

The light honey hues and soft cream undertones of Graupa will set the ambiance in any home.
