A fresh and modern update of Double Bay House by Pohio Adams Architects gives this inter-war bungalow a new lease on life for a young family.

Through a restrained colour palette and material selections based on inherent qualities, longevity and aesthetic coherence, the interior scheme is both minimal and inviting.

The white surfaces and brass elements contrast beautifully with the warmth of the timber kitchen joinery, flooring and stairs. Connecting the ground floor to the first floor is the visually striking staircase with its sweeping organic lines.

Tongue n Groove solid engineered oak floorboards in the Sepia colour, Eterno classic wire-brushed finish and Piccolo format feature throughout the interior, and continue up the sculptural staircase.

Sepia is a rustic, warm oak tone with a distinctive lime-washed white grain, adding a soft French provincial feel to any interior space.
